Guaranteed reservation and deposit

 

All reservations made through the hotel's official web site must be guaranteed by a credit card accepted by the hotel (see below). The guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 6:00 pm). Certain arrival dates and rates may require a deposit. Please check for full deposit requirements at the time of booking.

Check in time: from 2 p.m.

 

Check out time: until 11 a.m.

 

Early arrivals and late departures

If you plan to arrive in the morning and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend to reserve the night prior to your arrival. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the hotel. If you choose not to reserve an extra night, we will be glad to store your luggage in our luggage boxes free of charge.

 

Cancellation of individual bookings

Child policy

Children under the age of 12 stay free of charge in their parents' room. For further information, please contact our Reservation Department.

 

Pet policy

Pets are allowed with restrictions for an extra charge of 25 EUR/day (food is not included). Please contact the hotel prior to your arrival.

Smoking policy

Smoking is prohibited in the entire hotel. Only on the street, 5 metres from the hotel., violation of this will result in a penalty of EUR 300 and immediate exclusion from the hotel.

Safety policy

We are not responsible for the values left in the room, please use the safe in the room to store your valuables.
